When you come to your initial visit at David R. Cioffi D.P.M., please arrive early in order to complete the initial paperwork – including your background information and medical history. At this first visit, you'll get to know your doctor, too.
We accept most insurance plans. New patients are welcome.
You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance. If you have questions regarding the billing or the types of insurance plans we accept, please call 717-892-7214.
Questions regarding insurance coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.
Things to Bring to Your Initial Appointment
- Your health insurance card
- A list of current prescriptions and over-the-counter medications you take, including the dose and frequency
- Information about your medical and surgical history
- Recent test results, x-rays, or relevant records
